Our Services
We are a family run site with 5 touring pitches situated on a 4 acre meadow.
The 5 pitches are hard standing with electric hook up points and wifi.
5 Camping Pitches
We have a newly developed site with 5 pitches on a 4 acre meadow, available for caravans and motorhomes. We do not allow tents on site.
Electric Supply
Each pitch has electric hook up point and wifi access.
Water Supply
Drinking water supply available for all to use.
Waste & Recycling
We have chemical and grey waste, also a Motor home emptying point. Dry Waste and recycling Point. There is also a bin to put glass and jars where we can dispose of them for you.
EV Charging
There are no Electric Vehicle Points but there are points at Darsham Garage. Also, along A12 heading for Ipswich, at Friday Street Farm shop, approximately 7 miles.
Local Shop
Coming soon on site. There are some local shops near the site on the A12 approx 3 miles away.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome but to be kept on leads at all times.
Minimum Stay
Minimum stay 2 nights.
Cancellations
14 days in advance for a full refund.
7 days in advance 50% refund.
No refund for 7 days or less.
Pricing
- £20.00 Pitch per night including Electric hook up, for two Adults, also Wi – Fi.
- £5.00 additional adult per night.
- £2.50 additional child per night.
- Minimum stay 2 nights, pay on booking.
- Guest arrival time 1pm. Â Departure 11am.

There are many places of interest near our camp site for all to enjoy. Here are a few popular places.
- Dunwich Heath and Beach: A serene coastal spot managed by the National Trust, offering stunning views, colorful heathland, and a pebble beach. It’s perfect for walkers, nature lovers, and bird watchers.
- Framlingham Castle: A historic gem located about 12 miles from Yoxford. This 12th-century fortress offers interactive exhibitions and walks on its walls, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
- RSPB Minsmere: An internationally important nature reserve with a variety of habitats including wetlands, forests, and coastlines. It’s ideal for birdwatching and walking.

- The Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB): Encompasses much of the area around Yoxford and is perfect for those who love outdoor activities like walking or cycling amidst beautiful landscapes.
